Leveraging his background as a college football coach and a distinguished Ben Newman Certified Coach, Dom integrates principles tested by the world’s highest performers to help you achieve your goals.

Dom’s recent achievements highlight his commitment to excellence. In 2023, he coached a high school football team to a State Runner-Up finish and followed it up in 2024 by leading the same team to a State Championship victory. Additionally, he helped another Ohio high school secure a playoff berth in the state’s top division. His coaching has also developed standout athletes, including a 1st Team All-AAL2 Linebacker who won the AAL2 Championship. Dom’s impact extends to collegiate football, where he coached at Wheeling University, developing an All-MEC linebacker and a Defensive Player of the Week while leading linebackers to a collective 3.06 GPA. His leadership of special teams units achieved national rankings, including a MEC Special Teams Player of the Week, 24th in punt returns and 1st in the MEC for kickoffs. At Kent State, Dom coached a linebacker to 1st Team All-MAC honors.

With a foundation as a college football player and an education/mathematics double major at Ohio Dominican University, Dom has honed his ability to teach high performers to become the A1pha in their lives. His advanced studies, earning Master’s degrees in Sports Leadership and Sport and Recreation Management, further equip him to inspire and empower individuals through discipline, mindset, accountability, and leadership.

Dom’s unique ability to connect with high performers and address their challenges makes his coaching process adaptable to anyone seeking to achieve excellence. His transformative approach has been influenced by learning from renowned coaches. One of them being Ben Newman who has worked with high-profile organizations like Microsoft, the Miami Dolphins, Kansas State football, North Dakota State football, and the Alabama Football Team, contributing to multiple National Championships.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Dom resides in his hometown of Columbus, Ohio, with his wife, Madi. Together, they share a passion for helping others unlock their potential.
