Beyond his background as a college football coach, Dom is a distinguished Ben Newman Certified Coach. This accreditation enables him to seamlessly integrate proven principles tested with some of the world's highest performers. These transformative principles have left a lasting mark on organizations such as Microsoft, the Miami Dolphins, the Kansas State Football Team, and the Alabama Football Team, contributing to their success of two National Championships over the past five years.

Dom's background as a college football player and his studies as an education major at Ohio Dominican University has provided him with valuable techniques to teach high performers to be the A1pha of their own life. During his coaching career, Dom worked at various universities, including Kent State, Arkansas State, Ohio Dominican, Western Colorado, and Wheeling. Throughout his coaching journey, he had the opportunity to learn from renowned coaches such as Sean Lewis, Paul Haynes, Bill O'Boyle, Butch Jones, Matt Merritt, Matt Johnson, and Bill Conley, among others. This diverse coaching experience has contributed to Dom's knowledge and understanding of leadership and process used by high performers.

In addition to his coaching experience, Dom has pursued higher education and obtained Master's degrees in Sports Leadership and Sport and Recreation Management. These degrees have further equipped him with valuable knowledge and skills to enhance his leadership, coaching, and teaching abilities.

Dom's unique ability to connect with high performing people and process the challenges they face allows him to effectively integrate his system into any program or person seeking to develop a strong process in their life. By focusing on the process, discipline, mindset, accountability, and leadership, Dom helps individuals reach their highest level of performance in all areas of life.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Dom resides in Columbus, Ohio, his hometown, with his wife, Madi, and their dog, Maximus.
